Profile
Pokpak has more than ten years of experience across litigation and advisory work. His experience includes civil, criminal and labour proceedings, together with family-law and intellectual-property matters.
His litigation work includes court filings and submissions; preparation of complaints, pleadings, motions, witness statements and appeals; management of documentary evidence; legal research; preparation of legal opinions; attendance at client meetings; and witness preparation for examination hearings.
He has also prepared clarification letters in response to matters involving the Department of Special Investigation, the National Anti-Corruption Commission and the Anti-Money Laundering Office. His non-contentious work includes contracts, notarial documents and other legal documentation.
His earlier areas of experience include family-law documentation and proceedings, legal translation and interpretation for English-speaking clients, liaison with government authorities, trademark appeals, and pre-litigation and enforcement work relating to intellectual-property rights.
