Sedthawoothh has more than ten years of legal experience in litigation, dispute resolution and advisory work. His practice includes civil, commercial, criminal and administrative matters, from initial assessment and legal strategy through court or alternative dispute resolution proceedings and, where relevant, judgment enforcement.

His experience includes securities and financial disputes; labour matters for employers and employees; family and co-ownership disputes; construction-related claims; eviction and enforcement proceedings; criminal matters involving cheque fraud, embezzlement, partnership disputes and corporate liability; and administrative cases concerning administrative orders, official liability and administrative contracts.

He also advises on and prepares legal documents relating to real-estate transactions, service terms and conditions, procurement contracts, legal opinions, agreements, memoranda of understanding, letters and formal notices. His client experience includes real-estate juristic persons, automotive manufacturers and dealers, financial and securities companies, construction businesses and private individuals.
