Profile
Suebsarn has more than ten years of experience advising and representing private individuals, companies and listed-company clients in an English-speaking environment. His work includes civil, commercial, criminal and administrative matters, from initial assessment and strategy through proceedings and, where engaged, judgment enforcement.
His experience includes labour disputes, high-value estate disputes, insurance recovery and premium claims, personal injury and medical disputes, securities-related claims, claims seeking liability of financial institutions for losses suffered by customers, business-related criminal matters, administrative proceedings, landlord and tenant matters, condominium claims, guardianship and co-ownership disputes, asset investigation and judgment enforcement.
He also advises on commercial documents and legal opinions, including work connected with significant land transactions, service terms, procurement arrangements, agreements, memoranda and formal notices.
